Specialized bird guide and field researcher in Costa Rica and Central America. Her areas of interest include ecology and conservation, and she has participated in research and citizen science projects on resident and migratory species of conservation concern like the Cerulean Warbler. She has academic training in the Social Sciences, but fell in love with birds and is now dedicated to ornithology through research, environmental education, science communication, conservation and technology.
