From the 8th to the 14th of November, the IX Neotropical Ornithological Conference will take place in Cuzco – Perú and three members of SELVA and two of our researchers will be participating.

SELVA staff will present six talks in total, three with results from the Crossing the Caribbean project, one presenting the Biogeography of Pyrrhura project, a presentation about the documentation of moult in Neotropical birds and finally a talk outlining bird banding initiatives in Colombia. Additionally we will participate in the meeting of the Western Hemisphere Bird Banding Network to be held on Tuesday 8th November – WHBBN.
